RAVEN Scout · For Swiss fiduciaries

Swiss receipts in. Checked drafts out.

Evaluate one receipt workflow: receipts read on your own machine, Swiss VAT arithmetic checked, an archival PDF/A-3 file written, and a draft a person approves. Start narrow and agree what a useful result has to show.

What the workflow does

  1. Read the receipt

Text and line items are extracted on the machine where the receipt sits.

  2. Check the VAT

Swiss VAT arithmetic is checked. Anything that does not add up goes to review.

  3. Archive it

The original is wrapped in an archival PDF/A-3 file with structured data embedded.

  4. A person decides

A draft is prepared for review. A person approves it before it reaches the books.

Today receipts are added by dropping PDF files into a folder. No portal logins, no automated retrieval.

How an evaluation runs

Synthetic examples first
We start with synthetic or agreed sample receipts before any real data is considered.
Exceptions made visible
Where review was needed, and why, is recorded so the limits are clear.
What it shows
Whether the workflow produces checkable outputs that fit your process, under agreed conditions.
What it does not show
A narrow controlled test is not production readiness, and the accounting handoff is not live yet.

Scope and commercial terms are discussed once we understand the workflow, the deployment requirements and what the evaluation has to show.
